BM cells obtained from nonarthritic mice, mice with ZIA and pretreated with CVF mice with ZIA were collected at day 3 and the percentage of CD29+ cells (A) and CD105+ cells (B) was determined. Results are from two independent experiments (in each n=10/per group) and expressed as means ± SEM, *P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001, one way ANOVA.
